My overall experience was quite good. My contact primary contact at GLF was Holly. She was both professional and friendly, kept in regular contact and had ideas/suggestions on navigating the process. She explained everything in detail and answered my questions promptly. Yes- I actually received both an advance and final payment. It does happen! Her colleague Ian assisted with the advance and has good ideas re rebuilding my credit. He truly understands the stress involved and was there to facilitate the process. All in all a positive experience. I recommend GLF without hesitation.
